Once you managed to get back down safely you couldn't help but frown at the doctor. She beat you by...like half a second! You were so close to winning! If only you were just that little faster you would have been able to...reach up and win!

The doctor was cheering and celebrating another victory, Yas laughing and cheering for her. Missy just glared at them, she looked more annoyed than you did!

"You have better strength than me. We're not even the same species this wasn't a fair race!" You exclaimed with a pout.

"Yep, keep telling yourself that (y/n)" the doctor laughed.

"It's true!" You exclaimed, your pout only growing bigger "stupid unfair race" you grumbled.

"Don't be such a downer. You got closer than any of us did" Yas smiled with a laugh "you both were like your own spiderwomans. Seriously though do you do rock climbing or something?" She asked you.

You smiled before shaking your head "Nah. I'm just...quick.." you shrugged with a smile.

"So am I" the doctor laughed "it's what happens when you always travel aboard the TARDIS. I guess the aliens have taught me to run away as fast as I can.." she smiled "when I'm not standing up against them that is"

"No you just cheated" you pouted again.

"It's not my fault I'm not human!" The doctor exclaimed dramatically, throwing her hands up.

"Well neither am I" Missy grinned before taking off her purple jacket and handing it over to you, to which you gladly took "in fact" she smiled while folding up her sleeves past her elbows "we're the same species"

"Yes! Now it's a fair test!" You shouted with a laugh.

"I actually wanna see this" Ryan smiled excitedly.

"As long as they don't kill each other in the process" Graham chuckled lightly.

You smiled before slipping into Missy's jacket, putting your arms through and pulling it over your body. It was a bit big on you but you couldn't help but smile at the warmth that enveloped around your when you wore it. It also smelt like her...that vanilla scent that you knew all too well.

Yas just raised a brow at you, causing you to shrug "what? It's cold" you told her with a small grin tugging at your lips.

She just laughed in response before shrugging back at you and letting you do your own thing. The truth was you liked wearing Missy's clothes. They were big on you, but that was how you liked it. And they reminded you of her...always warm.

"On your marks" Ryan called out "get set....."

Before he could say go however, the whole earth beneath you started to shake, almost like the TARDIS did when it took off into the space time vortex. Only...you weren't on the TARDIS right now. The actual earth itself was shaking and moving, almost making you tumble to the ground if you didn't stumble into the wall, holding onto it and trying to steady yourself.

"What's happening?!" Graham shouted, right before you screamed and jumped out of the way, one of the rocks from the cave having nearly fallen onto you.

"Everybody listen! All of you move away from the cave now!" The doctor shouted, grabbing her coat.

"But what about the race?" Missy asked with a small frown while the others started to step away from the caves.

"Not now my angel" you replied, grabbing her hand and tugging her with you while you followed the doctor's direction, behind the others.

You gasped a little when the cave started to break apart and more things started to fall down. Luckily you all managed to get as far away as you could without running into the sea itself. Though it was difficult to do considering the whole ground was shaking.

"Is this an earthquake?!" You shouted, nearly tripping onto the floor while sand and grit got into your shoes.

"I'm not sure..." the doctor replied, before you all stopped and took a breath, holding onto each other while the earth tremored beneath you.

You were glad no one was coming your way. You weren't exactly sure how you would have reacted if one of them decided to hold onto you for support. Anyone except Missy that was. You were holding onto her for dear life, a certain fear starting to spike inside of you, your heart rate going through the roof.

It wasn't necessarily the situation right now that you were in that was scaring you. No, in fact, it was the feeling that you were getting. Deep inside of your stomach, like a sickening feeling. It was almost as though you knew something was going to go wrong. Something was about to happen. Something big..and something dangerous. Every one of your senses was telling you to get the hell out of this place. And you were really starting to think you should all start running right about now.

But just as soon as it started, the whole ground stopped shaking, stopped giving off tremors and finally was all...still. Just as it was before. Everything was calm and strangely, everything was quiet. No more of that grumbling, no more of the earthquake like feeling. Just..none of it. It was all completely ordinary.

"Is it over?" You whispered, slowly standing up straight and releasing your tight hold on Missy, though her hand was still in yours. You weren't about to give that up anytime soon.

"I don't know...but one things for sure. Earthquakes or..whatever this was. It doesn't just end with an earthquake" the doctor replied, looking around slowly and with uncertainty.

You saw her gulp when looking up ahead of you all. You furrowed your brows before following her eye line, while asking a question.

"What? What do you mean it doesn't end with...." you trailed off a little though when seeing what exactly it was the doctor was staring at "...an earthquake..."
