Kurome swung her blade at Shinobu with great speed. However, Shinobu was fast enough to dodge her attack. While she may not have the strength to decapitate a demon, her speed made up for that short coming.
"Huh, you're light on your feet. As expected from a pillar. But i won't be defeated by the likes of you."
"Funny, i was going to tell you the same thing. Breath of Insect, Butterfly Dance:Caprice."

Shinobu jumps forward towards Kurome, thrusting her blade multiple times. However, just as she did this, Kurome grabbed her arm and slams her to the ground.
"If i can't get close to you, then all i had to do was let you get close to me instead."
Suddenly Kurome turned around as she used her sword to block an attack from behind her. When she turned around she a boy with long black hair and bandages covering both his face and his upper body. He was holding a broken bar from a jail cell.
"Keep your hands away from Shinobu."
With a cold tone in his voice, the boy kicks Kurome to a wall. Afterwards, he grabbed Shinobu's hand as they ran towards the entrance of the base. As this happened, Shinobu asked one thing.
"Is that you, Yozora?"
When she asked that, all she received was a light chuckle. As the boy kept running with her, he finally answered her question.
"Who else would i be?"
~Meanwhile~ Rappa is seen standing with multiple blades impaled into his body. While he was bloody and breathing heavily, Kotomine was standing away from him with no signs of exhaustion.
"I suggest giving up Rappa. You're struggling to even stand. What makes you think you can defeat me in your condition?"
Rappa knew the priest was right. He was at his limit. As he looked around he saw something. He saw Shinobu leaving the base with a boy. Seeing this, Rappa couldn't help but smile. His time dealing with Kotomime wasn't a waste.
"I only have one thing to say....eat shit Kotomine."
Suddenly Rappa hits both sides of Kotomine's face. Afterwards, Rappa unleashed a furious barrage of punches at the priest. As Kotomine tried to use his own arms to block, he heard a cracking noise. Rappa soon slams his fist onto Kotomine's head and kicks the priest away.
As Rappa dashed away from the priest, he started to follow Shinobu. As this was happening, Kotomine was laughing. In this situation, he couldn't help but laugh.
"Tokinada was right again. They fell for the distraction."
~Meanwhile~ Tokinada was at the remains of a burned down village. As he was there, he was moving around rubble as he was in search for something.
"The demon slayer corps probably knows that I was the one who harmed the mist pillar. However, i needed them to take their sights off me for a while, so i had to kidnap Yozora and have their focus shift to him."
As Tokinada was searching, he began to think about something. Back when he was a young boy, he went into the library of the Ryougi family home. When he did, he found something that the family kept secret. After reading it and finding out how his family was hiding their sins by having a "good" nature, he made a choice.
As Tokinada was getting ready to leave the destroyed village, he saw something in the distance. It was no treasure, it was no weapon. It was only a simple flower. It was a simple spider lily, however something was different about this one. Instead of a red color, the spider lily was blue.
"Hehe. Hahahahahah. Hahahahahahaha!!!!!"
Tokinada couldn't hold it in anymore. His laughter filled the air as he saw the blue spider lily. With the flower, he can finally do what his ancestor couldn't. After so much searching, it was finally in his grasp.
"Kibutsuji Muzan, you were turned to a demon by a doctor. However to become a demon who conquers the sun you need either a blue spider lily or to absorb a demon who's already conquered the sun. Its a shame, had you not killed my ancestor he probably would've helped you become immortal. How does it feel Kibutsuji? The family of the doctor who turned you to a demon will accomplish something you can't!"
It was finally in his grasp. The notes left to him by his family and the ingredients that he needed. Now Tokinada can truly start his plan. To create a demon who can conquer the sun.
"Get ready Kibutsuji, Demon Slayer Corps. I'll show you what true evil looks like."
~At the Butterfly Estate~ It was now the middle of the night as Onui and Nora were both waiting. As they were waiting, they heard the sound of footsteps. They were worried at first, but that changed when they heard someone's voice.
"Oh my, oh my. You really did cause a lot of distress when you suddenly vanished, Yozora-san."
"I'm sorry.....i'll be careful."
Nora and Onui ran out the room when they heard the voice. Their hearts were beating in anticipation. As they walked out the entrance of the Butterfly Estate, they saw three people. They saw a man with a bird mask walking as he was covered in wounds, they saw Shinobu with a smile on her face, and finally they saw a person wrapped in bandages yet when they heard his voice, they smiled.
"I'm sorry i made you worr-"
Yozora couldn't finish his sentence as the two girls ran towards him and gave him a giant hug. At first he was holding back the screams of pain he had, but he soon felt Onui and Nora crying as they hugged him. Soon Yozora puts his hands on their heads as he held them closer.
"Don't worry, i'm fine. In fact, i'm better than ever. It takes a lot to keep me down."
As everyone is going inside of the estate. Rappa puts a hand on Yozora's head. To be honest, Yozora was kind of afraid the man might try to squish his head. However Rappa said one thing.
"Glad you're not dead, Yozora."
"Heh. Looks like even you can be a softie, huh Rappa."
