Weeks passed and Christmas is now a week away. It was the 19th of December and a Wednesday. Justin was out with his friends and you were home alone with Maxxie. Justin invited you to come along but you didnt want to ruin his guy bonding time. Justin said he has a surprise for you when he comes home. You were pretty excited. Justin sounded very happy when he told you. You were sitting in the bedroom with Justins laptop sitting on your lap. You had a blanket covering your legs. Underneath the blanket layed Maxxie. Maxxie has a thing for snuggling in tight spots, so he snuggled and layed in between your thighs. Keeping your thighs warm with his soft fur. Its 6:48 pm and Justin has been gone since this morning. You missed him. It kills you knowing that you can't see him. Even if its for a couple of hours. Even though Justin was with his friends, he still kept you on his mind. He texted you throughout the whole day. Of course it took him a while to respond since hes hanging with his friends, but he still texted. After ten minutes, the front door opens. Justin. Maxxie crawls out from underneath the blanket and watches the bedroom door to see who it is. You hear Justin skipping stairs as he runs up. As soon as he enters the bedroom, Maxxie starts barking and wagging his tail. "Maxxie!" Justin yells as he takes off his shoes by the bedroom door. Justin then walks over to the bed and carries Maxxie. Maxxie starts to lick Justins hands as Justin tries to pet him. Justin laughs and sets Maxxie down on the floor. Justin looks over at you. "Hey." Justin says with a smile. You look up from the laptop screen and look at Justin. "Hey." You reply and smile back
