I was sitting on the couch scrolling through my phone bored out of my mind. I put my phone down on the table and called for my husband, Alastor.

"Alastor!!! Bring your cute butt over here!!"

I heard quick running down the stares and watched Alastor fall flat on his face as he reached the bottom. He lifted his head up with a cute smile.

"Yes, my love."

I laughed at his twisted body. He untangled himself and stood up as if he didn't just bind his body in an unnatural way.

"Give me cuddles."

I held out my arms like a child. He quickly came to my rescue and smushed his body into mine. We held each other tightly. He was warm and smelled like a cinnamon roll. He kissed all over my face.

"I wuv you."

I laughed at how he said it.

"I love you too."
