Chapter LVI: Yoshikage Kira, Like a Queen, Bites the Dust Part III

Josuke stood before Kira.

Josuke: "Why'd you kill my Mother and my best friend?!!"

Kira: "She wasn't supposed to die... I didn't want her to die...
I'm so sorry... Josuke... I even killed your friend... I didn't know that he was your friend."

Suddenly, a hand fell from his coat.

Josuke sighed.

Josuke: "Whose hand is that?"

Kira stayed silent.

Josuke: "You are beyond redemption, Kira...."

Kira: "But you grew up fine, didn't you? You were like my son, Josuke..."

Kira remembered watching those Shounen Anime and reading those Shounen Manga with little Josuke.

Kira, tearing up: "You grew up fine, didn't you?"

Josuke realized that that manicure looked familiar.

Josuke: "Animal..."

Kira: "J-Josuke..."

Josuke: "ANIMAL!!!"

Kira's smile disappears.

Kira: "Very well. I will kill you, Josuke Higashikata.
Come to Papa, Josuke..."

Josuke gritted his teeth.

Josuke: "I already have a Dad..."

He remembered all the times Joseph bonded with Josuke during the journey.

Josuke: "I also already have a family."

He remembered all the times he bonded with the Crusaders.

"And I'm bringing them back... All of them...
And there is no bomb in the world that can stop me from doing that."

Kira stood up before Josuke.

The two stood silently, as the blizzard roared.

"SHIBO!!!"

"DORA!!!"

*POW*

Kira... had...

Fallen down.... Defeated...

Kira fell in the snow, as the snow covered him up.

Suddenly, he sees a van nearby.

Josuke trembled, as he walked towards the car, slowly.

He looked inside the window, seeing his mother, and his younger self. He realized that he went to a 10-year time jump/

Josuke: "Are you okay?"

Tomoko: "My son's sick... and we're stuck!"

Josuke: "V-Very well..."

"DORARARARARA!!!"

Josuke, pointing to the van: "Dora."

The van drove away, as Tomoko exchanged looks with Josuke.
