There are seven Stand Power Levels, 0, E, D, C, B, A and Infinity.
Now... The thing is... We're focusing on Power only, where Power=A can be split into three Power Levels in the Promethean Power Level.

If the Power Level is A, your power can range from destroying a simple little city, to multiple universes.
Promethean Power Levels use small letters, while Stand Power Levels use Capital Letters.
Promethean Power Levels:
Infinity=Infinity
u=Universal->Multiversal->Omniversal
s=Solar->Galactic->Multi-Galactic
a=City->National->Planetary
b=Wall-Damage->Building
c=Average Human
d=Baby Level Damage
e=Insect Level Damage
0=No Damage or Between u and Infinity
