A. Stabbing the Stand's Heart with a Stand Arrow while whispering 14 phrases and absorbing 36 souls.
B. Absorbing 36 Souls, 9 Holy Corpse Parts and whispering 14 phrases.
C. Stabbing the User's Heart with a Stand Cross while whispering 14 phrases and absorbing 36 souls.
D. Rigorous training.
Each Way of Evolution can remove a User's Potential, and can therefore very well kill the User no matter which one can be used through a heart attack.
