Goku sees a piece of flab on his chest.
Vegeta, shirtless and looking at the mirror: "I'm seeing it... I HAVE ONE TOO!!!"
Goku and Vegeta hugged each other and cried.
Goku: "Now what will we do, Getes? What will we ever do?!"
Vegeta: "I don't know, man.... I'm... I'm scared shitless...."
Goku: "TRAINING TIME!!!"

Goku and Vegeta train the shit out of themselves, lifting cosmos and universes 'til they get ripped, doing billions of push-ups, sit-ups and billion-light-year runs.
Vegeta: "FUCK YEAH!!! MOTHERFUCKER!!!"
Goku: "YEYUH!!! YUUUH!!! YUUUUUUH!!!!"

Goku: "Wanna eat Butter on Steak?"
Vegeta: "Yes."
The two walk away into the dining room.
Arataka Reigen appears before them.
Vegeta: "SHIT!!! I THOUGHT IT WAS HER SECOND BIRTHDAY!!! 1993... OF COURSE!!! I should work on my Math. *turns to Reigen* Psychic Brat... Who's this scrawny puke?"
Reigen: "I am Reigen! A Psychic!"
Vegeta: "Pfft... Prove it."
Note: Reigen, from Mob Psycho 100, is not a Psychic, but rather, is a constructive Con man. He cons people, but helps them at the same time.
Reigen: "*touches left and right temples...* Hm... Yes... I'm sensing that... You're someone who's having Daddy Issues. Tell me, do you hate your Dad?"
Vegeta: "Wh-WHAT?!!! WHO TOLD YOU THAT?!! THAT SIMPLY ISN'T TRUE!!! *leans and whispers* Tell me more, Oh Wise One."
Everyone is preparing the third birthday of Jolyne Kujo.
Jotaro: "Yare yare... Wish Mom was here to see this..."
Anne grabbed Jotaro's cheek and smiled sweetly.
Vegeta: "OH MY GOD!!! YES!!! THAT'S TRUE!!! WHAT THE F-?!! THIS MAN'S FOR REAL!!!"
Mob: "I told you... He's the most powerful Psychic alive!"
