After the destruction of the universe along with two other universes, Jotaro must find a way to bring his family back, with the help of four special and all-powerful cosmic characters.
The story follows Jotaro Kujo, and continues where Part III left off with a whole new set of characters. Jotaro must master Over Heaven and gain full control of his powers to defeat DIO.
The problem with DIO's powers is that... He can't remake a whole new universe... as long as the original members of the original worlds are still alive... Only he must remain...
