Gorda watched the fight with his eyes open. He couldn't fight for Bleda. He also saw that, in the form of a bear, in spite of the king's enormous strength, his dexterity was not comparable to that of Attila, who was fighting in a taltos fighting style.

And something else. The sword cut up the strong, magically protected fur. Gorda didn't think so. Attila's sword easily wounded the beast.

The high priest knew that if Bleda lost now, and Attila became king, he would have to serve him too. The commander-in-chief will be among the first to execute those for whom he had to kill his blood. So Gorda thought, and decided that Bleda could not die.

The spell that left the high priest's mouth immediately took effect.

Eskam looked sideways when he noticed Gorda's book was open. Its cover is no longer read by the translucent shape of the taltos. Even through the noise of the battle, Eszkam heard what the spell was, and he knew immediately what change it was causing. He started for Attila, trying to get the general's attention out loud:

- Attila !! Nooo !!

The queen of the night was slowly reaching Gorda. The woman walked without difficulty through the invisible energy field protecting the taltos.
