Request: They catch you singing a Skillet or Thousand Foot Krutch song. I have also added how they might interpret the song, despite the song's actual meaning.

Joseph Seed-

Joseph loved listening to you sing, whether you are talented or not, he liked hearing you sing new songs because it gave him an insight to what was going on in your head. "The Resistance" by Skillet.

"I am a nation, I am a million faces
Formed together, made for elevation
I am a soldier, I won't surrender
Faith is like a fire that never burns to embers
(Who's gonna stand up, who's gonna fight?)
The voice of the unheard
(Who's gonna break these chains and lies?)
Love is the answer
I gotta speak it, believe it, that's how I feel inside
I, I, can't, can't sit here quiet"

Joseph listened to what you were singing and became interested. You were singing about some sort of resistance, a cause standing up for what they believed in which devotion and dedication. He couldn't help but smile, some of the lyrics were a little bit aggressive for his liking but the message was something that he approved of. They wanted to get people to understand their beliefs just like Joseph did.

Jacob Seed-

Jacob had heard you sing, in fact you would sometimes sign to him to sooth him after he wakes up from a nightmare, then he walked in on you singing "Monster" by Skillet.

"I feel it deep within, it's just beneath the skin
I must confess that I feel like a monster
I hate what I've become, the nightmare's just begun
I must confess that I feel like a monster

My secret side I keep hid under lock and key
I keep it caged but I can't control it
'Cause if I let him out he'll tear me up, break me down
Why won't somebody come and save me from this, make it end?"

Jacob enjoyed listening to you sing and this was no exception, but he had never heard this song so he wanted to actually listen to the words you were singing. He watched you, rather blankly as he related to the words. Something about the lyrics made him think about his PTSD and how he sometimes felt as if it was consuming him. And he often thought about how you came along and saved him from this PTSD, saved him from himself.

John Seed-

John had heard you singing before and had teased you about it but this time he heard you singing "Take it out on me" by Thousand Foot Krutch.

"So scream if you wanna, shout if you need
Just let it go (take it out on me)Fight if you need to, smash if it helps you
Get control (take it out on me)
So scream if you wanna, shout if you need
Just let it go (take it out on me)
Fight if you need to, smash if it helps youGet control"

John couldn't help but just listen to you. He knew that he had a big problem with his anger management but he always tried to avoid taking out on you. But after a very stressful day he would sometimes snap at you, it amazed him how you wouldn't get angry at him and that you would understand why he was acting out. He always appreciated how understanding you were, he loved you for that.

Faith Seed-

Whether you had a talent for singing or not, Faith loved to hear you sing, something about it just made her smile. This time she heard you singing "Courtesy Call" by Thousand Foot Krutch.

"Hey-o, here comes the danger up in this club
When we get started and we ain't gonna stop
We gonna turn it out till it gets too hot
Everybody sing, hey-O
Tell'em turn it up till they can't no more
Let's get this thing shakin' like a disco ball
This is your last warning, a courtesy call"

Faith smiled as soon as she heard you singing and decided to listen to you. After looking past the actual lyrics, she began to search for a deeper meaning which she would often do when it came to music. Something about the song made her think about the collapse that Joseph spoke about or some upcoming rapture, some sort of judgement day. It made her smile because she was confident that if a day like that ever did come, she would walk through the gates to the other side with you beside her.
