You Surprise Them With A Gift

I changed the request a little but, I hope that you don't mind!

Request: You are the deputy and you try to escape from them. It turns out that you escaped to bring them back a gift because you found out that it was their birthday.

Joseph Seed-

Joseph was heartbroken by your escape, he thought that you were both bonding, he thought that you were warming up to him and beginning to feel as fond about him as he did about you. He knew that you still questioned him but he thought that you had both formed some sort of friendly relationship, but then you ran away. He had allowed you freedom around the compound...maybe he made a mistake.

When you showed up at the compound again, he was confused and suspicious. Why would you suddenly return after running away? Of course he welcomed you back with open arms, but he did ask why you left. "I know that it's your birthday and you always say that materialistic things are sins but I wanted to get you something" you whispered, a little embarrassed as you handed him the small gift wrapped in plain wrapping paper. He looked amazed as he took the gift from you, slowly unwrapping the gift. He smiled and even laughed slightly when he saw the pair of aviators, identical to his. You had broken his pair on your first day at the compound, this was your way of apologising. "Thank you, but your presence would have been enough" Joseph assured you, making you smile and blush. He always had a way with words.

Jacob Seed-

Jacob was furious at you and himself when you ran away, he was furious at you for escaping and furious with himself for giving you enough trust and freedom to even have the opportunity to escape. He was even more furious because he had found himself starting to like you, you were the only person other than his siblings that he could stand being around. However, you ran away, you betrayed his trust and you left.

Jacob thought that you were going to attempt an attack when you wandered back into the veteran centre, even though you were seemingly unarmed. He showed no emotion as he approached you and escorted you back to his office, you didn't know how he was going to react to you escaping. He just seemed annoyed by your escape as he asked you where you went and why you left, trying to seem uninterested. "Well, you barely ever take your eyes off of me so I had to leave to get you a gift" You explained and pulled a the gift, wrapped in red paper, out of your bag and hand it to him. He took it with a quizzical look. "Happy birthday" you smiled, shocking him. He opened the gift anyway and had to actually hold back a smile when he saw the large combat knife, of course that's what you would get him. "I should've known that you were loyal pup" Jacob shook his head, replacing his old knife with the new one. You couldn't help but smile.

John Seed-

John took your escape very badly, he was furious in general. He took it out on his men, snapping at them and insisting that they go looking for you. He had allowed you to live in his ranch with him! He allowed you to wander the grounds as you pleased! And this is how you repay his kindness? You run away from him? He truly thought that you were both growing close...maybe he was wrong...

When John saw you walking up to the ranch with your hands behind your back, he didn't know whether to jump for joy or to lecture you about running off like that. As soon as you knocked on the front door of the ranch, John opened the door and pulled you inside, slamming the door behind you. He instantly started shouting, asking where you went, why you ran away, why you shouldn't have done that. You kept trying to interrupt him but he never gave you the chance, so you just pushed the blue wrapped gift into him. He stopped shouting and took the gift from you, and looking at you quizzically. "Happy birthday, John. I knew it was your birthday and I wanted t get you something. I tried my best but there isn't much in Hope County, had to pull a few strings to get that" you admitted, smiling when you saw his eyes fill with surprise and delight. John smiled when he opened the gift to see a pair of Gucci aviators, pair that he actually didn't already own. "They're perfect, thank you" John smiled, sounding so sincere and genuinely thankful. He looked at you so thankfully and affectionately that you couldn't help but smile.

Faith Seed-

Faith was mainly sad when you ran away, she knew that you were still having negative thoughts about Eden's Gate but she thought that you liked her. She knew that she liked you and was more than disappointed when you left. She tried to look for you but decided that if you didn't want to be here, then she had to let you go.

She was so excited when she saw you walking up to her with an apologetic smile. She wanted to run over and hug you but she didn't want to scare you off, so she just walked towards you with a smile. She couldn't hold herself back when she was asking where you had been, why you had left. You just smiled at her as you held out a gift, wrapped in floral paper, letting her take it from you. "Why didn't you tell me that it was your birthday? I had to get you something" You smile at her, watching her as she opened the gift with a smile and slightly reddened cheeks. Her smile only grew when she pulled out a simple silver chain necklace, with a pendent on the end that looked just like a bliss flower. "It's so beautiful. You are so kind! Thank you!" Faith smiled brightly before pulling you into a hug and letting you put the necklace on her. She loved it.
