I woke to a light nudge, squinting my eyes open to view my surroundings. I was instantly met by a flick on the nose, causing me to flinch in my sleeping bag.
"Oww!" I muttered loudly, throwing my body upwards. "What the hell was that for?!"
"Language." My mom hissed from behind me, tugging on the couch arm.
"Oh- sorry." I mumbled. "Didn't see you."
"Good morning." Skie smiled awkwardly, brushing my hair behind my ear.
"Oh, sup."
"Hai."
"Hellooo~"
"Hoi."
"Okay, you two stop." Mom disrupted, sighing. "Alex is already ready."
"Oh..." I muttered. "Sorry. Give me a second."
I stood from the floor, brushing my shirt off before balancing myself using the arm of the couch beside me.
"Where's the uniform?"
"Over here." Mom grinned, throwing a bundle of clothes at me. "Strip."
"So I get no privacy?" I asked, laughing it off as a joke at first, but then realizing the truth.
"Alex already has the bathroom, so since you guys are a thing, you can just dress together, right?"
"Sure?" Skie muttered awkwardly, clutching her own uniform. "What corner do you want?"
"I'll go over here..."
