Brittney's birthday

"ughhhhh it's too hot in here.," I whine as I take the covers off of me and get up. I open the window and summon the scythe, I get my wings out and let it float a few inches from my window. I lay on the scythe and smile in content. I stare at the sky, "the neighbors are going to start asking questions but eh who cares." I mutter as I shrug. I look at my window and I see foust staring back me confused. I roll my eyes and look back up at the sky. I soon hear Rebecca's voice, "Victoria, you're not going to like this." I stare at her and say, "ughhhhhhhhhh what?" She sighs and says, "come inside first." I get up and fly to my window, I go inside and let my wings disappear. Artemis jumps in my arms. I look at him weird and start petting him. Provost looks at me and says, "if I were you I would put the cat down before you hear this news." I look at him strangely and say, "um ok." I put Artemis down on the ground and he starts whining. Rebecca picks him up and starts petting him. "oh never mind I'll get pets from Rebecca instead of you, Vic.",He purrs out. I roll my eyes and ask, "so what is the news?" She sighs and says, "we have to go to Brittney's again." I look at her and say, "um what? But we already went to her house." Rebecca says, "apparently it's her birthday today so we have to go." I glare at Rebecca and say, "tell me you're joking." She starts backing up and says, "I wish I was Vic." Provost pets me and says, "aww poor little Vic." I get my wings out and attack him. He snaps his fingers, I'm pinned against the wall. I glare at him, he smiles in response. "aww you look so cute like this, glaring at me." He replies. I sigh and say, "let me go, provost." He replies, "very well." He snaps his fingers again and I get up from the ground. I crawl in bed and put the covers over my head. Rebecca sighs and says, "Vic, come on." "NO!! YOU'RE NOT GETTING ME OUT OF THIS BED!!!" I shout. I soon hear Oliver's voice, "You still haven't gotten her out ugh, Come on, Vic, we need to go." "No!" I reply, "I'm not going." Soon I feel arms around me and I'm taken out of bed. I glare at foust as he sighs and says, "let's just get this over with, then we can cuddle after ok?" I sigh and say, "fine." Oliver sighs and says, "finally." He leaves. I hear provost snap his fingers and I'm dressed. The outfit is a fancy white blouse with a plain black lower-calf skirt, a black beret hat, black tights, and black heels. "I haven't worn this outfit in a while.," I mutter. He nods and says, "that's why I chose it." Foust sets me down and provost teleports me out of my room. I walk in the kitchen where I hear my mom saying, "oh finally." She looks at my outfit and says, "you look cute, I don't remember buying you that outfit though." I shrug and say, "eh." I see Rebecca walking down the stairs dressed in a periwinkle blue stripless dress that stops at her thighs, with black heels. I look at mom and ask, "how old is Britteny turning?" She smiles and says, "seventeen. " I nod and say, "cool." Rebecca asks, "wait how old are you, Vic?" I reply, "um, eighteen?" Provost nods and says, "physically your eighteen, mentally you should be dead by now." I mutter, "gee thanks, provost." We walk to the car and I ask, "are we the only family members that are going to the party?" Mom says, "you know what on better thought, Oliver you drive them to her house." Oliver says, "What? Why? Victoria doesn't even want to go." She says, "because it'll look weird if I drive and stay when there's going to be kids at the party." Oliver says, "I'm an adult too, I'm nineteen, I don't know why I have to drive them to the party, they don't even want to go." Mom says, "too bad she invited us so y'all are going." I roll my eyes and say, "the only reason she did that is so she can get it on with my boyfriend." She replies, "I'm sure she wants to spend time with you, Victoria." I sigh and say, "I'm pretty sure she wants to get it on with foust." She rolls her eyes, hands me a present and says, "I already went shopping, so all you have to do is give her the gift." I sigh and say, "whatever." Oliver sighs and says, "don't worry Vic I'll be there too." He looks at mom and says, "nobody even wants to go to her party so how about we just stay home?" Mom glares at Oliver and says, "She's family and she wants y'all there so you're going." I reply, "no she wants foust there, she doesn't want us she wants foust." She sighs and says, "you're all going to her party or all of you are grounded." Oliver says, "that's not fair what-" She interrupts saying, "life isn't fair, Oliver Now I want you four to get in the car, go to Brittney's party and behave yourselves, do I make myself clear." She glares at me and Oliver as she says this. We both sigh and say, "fine." We walk to the car and get in. Oliver looks at foust who is in the backseat. He says, "um you know you can sit in the front, foust there's enough room now." Foust shakes his head and replies, "I'm fine, thank you though." I smile as I sit in his lap. I say, "aww now you're making me fall in love with you, even more,foust." He puts his head on my shoulder and replies, "that's good." I smile. Oliver starts the car and we're soon on the road. A couple of seconds later Oliver says, "I'm going to pick somebody up." I tilt my head and say, "um but won't Brittney say something?" He shrugs and says, "maybe, that is if she doesn't hang around foust the whole time we're there." We soon turn into a house. I look at the house and ask, "isn't this brad's house?" Oliver nods and says, "yep it is I texted him as y'all were getting in the car." I tilt my head to the side and ask, "are you and brad dating?" He nods and says, "yeah we are." I smile and say, "awww that's so cute." Brad gets in and says, "Hey guys." he waves at us. Rebecca and I wave back. We're soon on the road again and in no time we make it to Brittney's house. I sigh and say, "this is going to be a disaster." I open the door and get off of Foust's lap. Brad says, "hey look on the bright side free food." I nod and say, "yeah you're right about that." We walk inside and I soon hear Brittney squealing in excitement. She runs over to foust and hugs him. She soon let's go and starts pulling his arm. I glare at her and pry her hands away from his arm. I hand her the present and say, "here, snuggle this instead of my boyfriend." She glares at me and takes the present, she walks away. I pull foust and run upstairs. I go into one of the bedrooms and lock the door. I sigh and say, "you know we can time travel somewhere, Oliver won't tell." I then start thinking and mutter, "however if we're in that time period won't time move faster here?" Foust replies, "I can stop time too." I roll my eyes and say, "that's not what I want, you know what let's just sit here and waste time instead, we could talk or take a nap or something." He shrugs and says, "whatever you want Vic." I get on top of him and force him lay down. He starts playing with my hair. I smile in content. As time slowly goes by I check my phone for the fifth time to see what's happening downstairs. Rebecca texts "shes asking me where y'all went, I just said that you two are somewhere in the crowd of people." I text back "good try to keep her busy until this stupid party is over with." she texts "on it." As the day drags on, Rebecca soon texts "people are starting to say goodbye come down now." I smile and look at foust who's sleeping. I play with his hair and say, "foust time to wake up." He wakes up and tiredly says, "yes?" I smile, kiss him and get up off of him. "let's go." I say as I unlock the door. He gets up and we both sneakily walk down the stairs. We blend with the crowd and I soon find Rebecca. She smiles and asks, "how was the alone time?" I shrug and say, "it was good." Brittney soon finds us and says, "where the hell were you? I was trying to find foust." I shrug and say, "I didn't realize that foust was gone, I was upstairs, foust wasn't with me though." She glares at me and says, "you're lying." I put my hands up in defense and say, "if you want to belive that I'm lying then sure, whatever." Oliver pushes us along and says, "bye." We walk out and go to the car. I say, "thank you, Oliver." He smiles and says, "no problem, Vic." After we drop off brad, Oliver says, "man you made Brittney pissed." I sigh and say, "eh oh well." We soon make it home and as we walk in the house mom says, "oh you're back,so how was the party?" I roll my eyes and sarcastically reply, "it was awesome." I walk upstairs and say, "I'm going to bed see you guys later." I get dressed for bed and fall asleep.
