Author's Note:

I'm sure everyone is still swooning over the joint CF 😍😍😍 lol, I still am.

This chapter's mood is, unfortunately, not matching up with the joint CF. 😅 Still, its the next major event that happened and here it is. In my mind, this particular news could have played a big role in their decision to disclose their relationship to the public and from what we know in the real world, its been a good decision so far 😉😍

I've split this into two chapters as its too much for one. Lol, i actually felt a little sad writing this, which is quite unlike the usual fluff in this story. Still, I hope you enjoy it!

Thank you for all your earlier comments, votes and feedback!

Thanks again to @Artiejjie for proof-reading this

Have a great week ahead everyone! (Its my first day back at work after the lunar holidays... I hope its a peaceful day! 🤞)

The New Normal

The Bargaining cast and crew thankfully completed their quarantine with no incidents and filming began in earnest.

Hyun Bin's filming schedule was erratic. He could be filming day scenes today, night scenes two days later and straight through for yet another eighteen hours of day scenes. While it was normal for any filming projects to have some irregular hours, it was unusually intense for this project. The production team was concerned with the evolving covid situation and wanted to film as much as possible, as quickly as possible.

As a result of this, Hyun Bin and Ye-Jin found themselves keeping odd hours in order to speak with each other. Hyun Bin did not want Ye-Jin to keep odd hours just to chat with him and intended to call her during regular Seoul hours.

Ye-Jin had foreseen Hyun Bin's intention and she was having none of it. His filming schedule was already crazy and he needed all the sleep he could squeeze in. There was no way she was going to let him lose sleep time just to talk to her. Her schedule was light and she could catch up on sleep anytime she wanted.

Dong Wan would play an essential role here. He was sending Ye-Jin daily updates on Hyun Bin's schedule. It didn't matter that Hyun Bin was his boss. Nuna was his boss's boss! Dong Wan knew who he needed to listen to.

Hence, Hyun Bin would receive a 'timely' call from Ye-Jin when he was done with filming for the day, whatever time of the day it was. He was exasperated but in truth, not surprised.

Ye-Jin was sensitive to his every need, however minuscule. When he worked at home, she would always make sure his cup was filled with hot tea. (A/N: Chapter 116) When he confirmed his Jordan schedule, she had researched for heat gear clothes. (A/N: Chapter 129) When he first moved in with her, even the fact that the height of furniture in her house was too low for him did not escape her eyes. (A/N: Chapter 114) He knew she would rather have her sleep interrupted than him. That was her love.

And so, Ye-Jin had a new addition to her daily routine. She would pre-set various reminders in her handphone to mark Hyun Bin's schedule. Regardless of the timing, she needed to talk to him before he ended his day. She needed to hear how his day went. She needed to know if anything made him happy or upset him. She needed to listen to his voice. She needed to see his face. She needed him, just like he needed her.

The Fake News
