Author's Notes: Hello All, I hope everyone had a good week. Apologies again that updates are slower, it probably will be for the rest of this month until all the voting ends. lol, its hard to believe but this is my first time being so caught up in voting... I didn't even do this when I was in my teenage years 😋 For folks that are voting, hang in there! Hopefully this is a good break from answering quizzes and collecting hearts.

This is the third out of four chapters related to the Engagement. There will be one more final one coming next. I hope you enjoy the chapter and thanks for waiting!

I do see some new reader names popping up - welcome and I hope you enjoy the story.

And I saw some comments that some of the longer-time readers are re-reading - thank you so much for liking and re-reading! Its the biggest compliment to know that its worth a re-read. 💕

Enjoy the rest of the weekend and stay safe!

The Engagement Day

Early Morning, The Golf Club

It was finally THE Day.

Ye-Jin and her family arrived at the club early that morning. Her hairdresser, makeup artist and Jenny would be meeting them at the club to help get them ready. In fact, they were already waiting at the private lobby, along with the club's Manager Park, when Ye-Jin's family arrived.

"Jenny, Mi-Jung, Mu-Jin!" Ye-Jin smiled gratefully. "Thank you for coming over so early."

"Congratulations Ye-Jin!" Jenny rushed forward and gave Ye-Jin a tight hug. She was so pleased this day had finally come. Mi-Jung and Mu-Jin excitedly exchanged hugs with Ye-Jin as well. They had worked together for years and have grown from co-workers to good friends. Like Jenny, Mi-Jung and Mu-Jin had known almost from the beginning when Hyun Bin and Ye-Jin started dating.

Mi-Jung and Mu-Jin had been contracted as Ye-Jin's hairstylist and make-up artist for Crash Landing on You. Following Ye-Jin around during filming gave them a chance to see for themselves how intimate Hyun Bin and Ye-Jin were. Interestingly, they were intimate in a sweet yet natural way. They didn't make people uncomfortable and to a certain degree, exuded the vibes of an old married couple. They were not at all surprised when Ye-Jin told them about the engagement.

Manager Park couldn't help but smile at the four excited ladies. He quickly turned to greet the rest of Ye-Jin's family and suggested they convene to the venue where they will have more privacy.

Manager Park commented as the lift doors closed, "Miss Son, I heard you've seen only photos and not the actual site yourself." As Ye-Jin nodded, he continued, "I saw the results when I came to check on the venue last night. Its really beautiful. I have to admit it's a cut above even what our in-house team can do. I am very impressed."

Jenny looked smugly at Ye-Jin, almost as if to say 'See! This is Jennyhouse's quality.'

Ye-Jin couldn't help but laugh at Jenny's expression. Since Jenny has worked on this as a personal favor, her ego did deserve to be stoked a little. Ye-Jin laughingly told Manager Park, "My friend here is the creator, Manager Park. This is Jenny, she's from Jennyhouse. I'm sure you've heard of them. You've seen what she can do, I'm sure she'll be happy to explore collaboration opportunities with the club."

Manager Park was startled, of course he knew Jennyhouse. It appeared regularly on the bill of the supplementary credit card his wife held. He was duly impressed, maybe he should try and get to know the owner better today, if he was lucky, he might be able to get a discount card.
