Author's Note: Hello All! Apologies this chapter took so long... work has been terrible this week and I didn't get much time to write. Year end is usually busier at work so I do expect updates will be less frequent. I'm aiming to do at least two updates a week (hopefully I can do it) so apologies in advance for any delays!

As mentioned, this is the last chapter on the engagement. I hope you enjoy the chapter. I guess the next few chapters will pretty much be up to our own imagination 😂 I haven't organized my thoughts so no preview. Will see what happens.

Thank you again for waiting and also for all your comments and votes! Have a great weekend!

Hyun Bin's Apartment

The private lift door opened and Hyun Bin and Ye-Jin walked out into the familiar doorway. It had been a exhilarating but exhausting day and home never looked so welcoming. As Ye-Jin reached out for the door, Hyun Bin gently tugged on their entwined hands and he pulled her back. Ye-Jin turned back and looked at him expectantly.

"Let's take a photo," Hyun Bin smiled tenderly. "This is our first time coming home together and in hanboks no less. We should keep a memento."

Ye-Jin smiled brightly and nodded. She remembered all the photos Hyun Bin had gifted her during his proposal. She had lovingly and carefully sorted all of them into photo albums. These albums rank high on Ye-Jin's list of most treasured belongings. Their first time home as an officially engaged couple definitely needs to be in that treasure of memories.

Hyun Bin looked around the foyer and spotted the umbrella stand. That should be perfect. He moved it to the center, place the phone on the surface, adjusted the angle and turned on the timer. He smiled to himself as he set it to burst mode.

Hyun Bin triggered the timer and quickly walked back to Ye-Jin. He wrapped his arm around her and his hand came to rest just above her waist while she naturally leaned into him.

They both looked at the camera and smiled. The shutter clicked and captured the moment.

They turned simultaneously to look at each other. The shutter clicked and recorded the look of love shining on their faces.

Hyun Bin leaned down and captured Ye-Jin's lips in a deep kiss. The shutter clicked and that passionate moment was memorialized.

Hyun Bin broke the kiss and in one fluid motion, swept Ye-Jin off her feet and carried her bridal style. Ye-Jin was caught by surprised and let out a squeal before breaking into laughter. Their eyes met and they exchanged smiles. The shutter clicked, capturing their precious love.

Ye-Jin blushed slightly and giggled as she tried to get down and stand on her own feet. Instead of letting her down, Hyun Bin tightened his grip to stop her from squirming. He obviously had no intention of putting her down. Ye-Jin protested, "I can walk myself! Put me down before you hurt your back. I'm too heavy!"

Hyun Bin looked down at Ye-Jin and scoffed, "You're not heavy. You must weigh the same as a feather."

Ye-Jin burst out laughing at his exaggerated description. True to his word though, Hyun Bin carried Ye-Jin and walked effortlessly over to the umbrella stand. He indicated for Ye-Jin to take his phone.

Seeing how Hyun Bin wasn't going to let her down, Ye-Jin carefully adjusted her position. She wrapped her arms around his neck, hoping it will alleviate the strain on his back.

Hyun Bin smiled in amusement at Ye-Jin's careful actions. While Ye-Jin was obviously not as light as a feather, she truly wasn't heavy. He could comfortable carry her, in fact, he could even do a short sprint carrying her. He had carried heavier loads during his marine days. Hyun Bin strode swiftly through the main door, taking care to ensure Ye-Jin didn't hit the door frame.
