- Thanks to my amazing husband for helping me during my hard time. I am getting help for my postpartum depression. It's okay to feel sad and it's okay to get help! You are not a horrible parent for getting help. This is a common thing! I have the best husband and doctor to help through this. I already feel 80% back to myself prior to having Coralei.

- Postpartum depression doesn't discriminate. It can happen to anyone. Women and carrier men can get it equally. You are not alone and you are not a bad parent! It will get better I promise! I am so proud of Will, giving birth to our daughter at home with no medicine and then his postpartum depression starting a few days after. He is so brave and he is getting back to himself. 💜😘😍
