Perfect

You groaned as another contraction came along. You were 9 months pregnant with Avi's child, and in the hospital. Avi was next to you, urging you along. Your mom, dad, and grandma were in the room too. 

The nurse came back in, checking how dilated you were.

"You can start pushing in about half an hour. I'll be back in then."

You nodded as she left, and you grabbed Avi's hand as another contraction hit you.

"Oh my god," you whimpered out. Avi pressed a kiss to your forehead.

"Avi, why did I let you do this to me?" You asked, and you heard your mom laugh from across the room.

After a while, it eased off, but came back 5 minutes later.

"Ughhhh, Avi, I swear to god. I will personally remove your balls."

Your mom and grandma laughed again and your dad just stood there, shaking his head.

It eased away again.

"But baby, I kind of like my balls.. I've gotten really attached to them.." Avi smirked.

You shook your head, smiling, as Avi had rested the palm of his hand over his crotch.

Eventually, the doctor came in, and you soon began pushing.

You whimpered, and made Avi climb into the hospital bed behind you.

He rubbed your sides and kissed your neck, urging you to continue.

"I love you. Our baby dragon will be here soon."

You smiled at his statement, leaning back against him.

Your mom came to your side and held your hand.

Soon enough, a piercing cry filled the room.

"It's a girl!"

Tears escaped your eyes in happiness as they handed you your baby for the first time.

She rested on your chest, trying to get your heat.

You turned your head to see Avi, as he was still behind you, and you saw him smiling, tears dripping down his face.

"She's so gorgeous, just like her father," you teased Avi.

He wrapped his arms around your waist, surrounding his new family.

"So does that mean I get to keep my balls?"

You chuckled, "I'll think about it."
