William looked at Liam who slept in his arms, his face condensed, "If Bella asked, I want you to tell her that Liam is your biological child." When she heard this, Susie was a little puzzled. Seeing Susie's doubt, William explained, "it's nothing, I just don't want her to think that Liam is a child without a mother."

His tone was calm, and such an explanation seemed reasonable, but Susieknewwilliam and knew that this was just an excuse. He did not tell her the truth. "Okay, then as long as you don't think I've ruined your relationship with that Miss Bella." Susie lowered her eyes, hid the calculation, and agreed.

Since he had not wanted to say anything, she would never ask again. If she wanted to know the answer, she would find it herself. The current situation was in her favor. William was the father of Liam and she was interested in being Liam's mother.

Bella returned home, obviously tired, but she could not sleep at all. As soon as she closed her eye, what appeared in her mind was the way Liam laid weakly on the hospital bed waiting for blood transfusion. She narrowed her eyes for a while but dreamed that Liam was crying and looking for his mother. 

She sat up from the bed in a cold sweat and could not sleep anymore. She knew that she was not in the right state. She seemed to really empathize with Liam. Even though she knew that Liam had his mother, he was not her child, she still could not control her feeling towards Liam, she took Liam as her own son.

It was already afternoon, and Bella felt she was a little hungry. She got up and made a bucket of instant noodles. Looking at the steaming instant noodles, she could not help but think of Liam again. How was Liam now? He should be very happy with his biological parents. 

Even though she thought about it, she still couldn't let it go. At this very moment, a call from William came in. At the same time, she pressed the answer button and immediately asked, "What's up with Liam?" On the other side of the phone, when he heard her inquiries, his eyebrows frowned and said in disbelief, " Nothing, don't worry!"

Bella sighed of relief. Since he was alright, why did he call? "Bella, have you eaten yet?" William continued to ask. Bella looked at the instant noodles in the bucket. She could not help but feel guilty. She promised him to take good care of herself. if he knew that she ate instant noodles, would he be angry?

"Mmm, I have already eaten." She replied calmly. At this time, Susie's panicked voice came from the phone, 'William, Liam has a fever again." Bella heard that Susie said about Liam's fever. Her hand couldn't help but stiffen. The phone slid down and she immediately went out in a hurry.

When she reached the hospital, Liam was in the infusion. Her eyebrows frowned. Seeing such Liam, Bella's heart was very distressed. "Liam, how's it going?" She wanted to go over, but when she saw Susie stood by, she could not help but stop. 

What? She had just left in the morning, and it was not long before. Why did Liam fall ill again? Seeing Liam's increasingly skinny body huddled up, Bella was only painful. "Liam's emotion was unstable, so he has a fever." Susie looked at William and explained.

"How could he be emotionally unstable? Liam, he's always been very obedient." Bella looked at Susie suspiciously and then stared at William. Even if Susie wouldn't there with him? Why did Liam have a fever again? How could such a young child withstand a fever again and again? She knew that she was a little angry, but she couldn't control herself. When she saw Liam's fever, she was really sad.

"I'm sorry, I didn't take good care of Liam, don't worry Liam is fever free now." William walked over and hugged Bella into his arms. He had thought that separating Liam and Bella would be good for them. But only after Bella left, Liam felt very uneasy and kept crying, then he got a fever. 

Instead, he let Bella go home, let her not know about Liam's condition, she was actually even more frightened. He might as well let her stay in the hospital and watch Liam recover. When Susie saw Bella who was being held in the arms of William, there was a trace of darkness in the bottom of her eyes.

"Mommy..." At this moment, Liam woke up and heard the voice of Bella. he immediately shouted and extended his hand at her. Bella instantly melted and she could not care that the biological mother was still here. She walked over and took Liam's small hand and said, "Liam, Mommy is here." Susie's heart sank when she heard this call. When she found that William was not correcting Liam's addressing, she felt more hostile towards Bella.

Mommy? On what basis was Bella being his mother, the only person qualified to be Liam's mother was her, Susie. She had said that she wanted to be Liam's mother, even if it was fake, but William did not agree. She exhausted her thoughts and even persuaded William's mother that she could not let Liam not have a mother-in-law and let others look down on him. In forced William to let her become the child's nominal mother.

Now Bella did nothing, why did Liam call her mother? Bella would look too ordinary. Such a woman wouldn't be worthy of William. However, when she looked at William, she realized that he looked at Bella's eyes so gently that she had never seen him like this before. 

Her heart sank and she became even warier of Bella. William was hers, whether it was Bella or any other woman, they couldn't take William away from her. At this moment, Bella and William did not notice Susie's strangeness. All of their attention was on Liam's body. 

"Mommy." Liam looked at Bella pitifully. her mouth was flat and he looked aggrieved. "Mommy is already here. I'll accompany Liam..." What Bella said was all in her heart, so she couldn't help but say it. Hearing the words of Bella, Liam's little face immediately raised a smile. Children could be lightened up with pleasure. When he heard it, he immediately laughed.

"Mommy hugs..." Liam said Susie and Bella reached out at the same time. Bella stunned for a moment, and she took her hand back lonely. Susie looked at her and said to Liam, "be good Liam, how's Mommy bring you outside?" 

The child liked to go outside the most. After all, the outside was always new to him. when he heard this, Liam's eyes instantly glowed with light. "Okay..." Liam clapped his hands, but still did not forget to look at Bella, "Mommy, outside..."  what he meant was to Bella go with him outside and hang out with him.
