Imagine; you're like Maleficent. You're a dark Fey. One day you make a mistake, you end up hurt and Loki takes you back to the palace and takes care of you.

I have a lot more time to write right now, I was stuck learning for these tests I have to do to get into teaching school (roughly translated)

(Many years back)

'Ow!' Her yell makes the birds fly away from the trees they were resting on.

The trees she just fell through. Alerting probably everyone in the perimeter. She crawls up, rubbing her back to soothe the pain a little bit.

She glances over her shoulder to see one of the large wings hanging like a tulip which hasn't been watered in a few days.

As she moves, the pain comes with it. It is definitely broken and might be for a while.

'The elders are going to kill me' she mutters to herself. If they even get the chance. If the humans don't do it first.

'Are you alright?'

She gasp and quickly hides behind a tree, well not hide, more like using the tree as a shield.

'Its okay...I won't hurt you...' a dark haired boy says as he slowly steps towards the young lady.

With every step he takes, she moves one back. She has heard about these humans and their so called sympathie.

'Is this a full grown one?, they sure seem small for full grown humans' she thinks as she tilts her head.

'I promise... I won't hurt you...'

Something in his voice makes her feel like she can trust him and she always goes with her gut, maybe she shouldn't on this one.

'My name is Loki...what's yours?' He asks getting closer to the girl.

'Y/n...' she answers him as she steps from behind the tree.

He gasps at what he sees. But it's not out of disgust, it's out of wonder. He has heard stories about creatures like y/n, But seeing one in real life, he is amazed.

His eyes wonder over her horns, down to the large wings, one at a very odd angle.

'Are you hurt?' He reaches out to touch the wing but she flinches away. 'I can help you.. if you let me..'

Over the course of the next few weeks, Loki got closer to Y/n, he visited her everyday. To gain her trust songs could get her to come with him.

And gain her trust, he did. Hidden under a large cloak, she was brought into the castle to be nurtured by Loki in secret.

It wouldn't take long for them to become friends, best friends even. They would tell each other everything.

She learned about how passionate and empathic humans could really be, in return she would explain her own kind to him, and all the wonders she has experienced living where she did.

He kept her hidden until she could finally return home again, sadness first engulfing him when he first felt the loneliness after she left.

But there Y/n was the very next evening, she flew up to his window and continued the endless conversations they had.

It became a routine, she would be there every evening and he would be waiting.

They got older and older, more mature even. Still being able to keep their secret between just them. But it wouldn't stay between them for long.
