Zoe's parents hadn't contacted her before the rehearsal began. Alvaro said to the others "it is good if they take time with the decision. If it would be the move, it would be decided for now, I think they are considering all the options"
"I hope you are right" said Juanma. Zoe said goodbye for her rehearsal.
"Shouldn't I come with you?" asked Juanma. Zoe took him in her arms and said "I can do it allone.. if you're always around, she'll just be mad again. I'll tell you everything later".
Juanma nodded. Alvaro said "Come on, let's round up the others and toss a few balls. That gives us all different thoughts. Are you coming with us Mia?" Mia nodded and Alvaro texted some of the basketball players. Then they made their way into the hall.
Fede, Martin and Nico came with Roberto. Clara was there too and sat down next to Mia.
"Hey," said Mia. "You're with Roberto a lot. It's nice that you make contacts."
"He's nice. Did you know what he's been through". Said Clara.
"There are a few things I know. He changed really well from the beginning." Clara smiled.
The boys played in two teams. Roberto did better and better in interaction with the others. After they got tired of it, they made their way to the cafeteria. Mia saw Zoe sitting on the bench with her phone in hand. She seemed to be crying.
Juanma had seen her too and wanted to go to her.
"Leave it now," said Mia, holding his arm. "Not during the phone call, her parents could take it badly if we interfere" Juanma's shoulders sagged. "But ..."
"You go to her when she's finished ok? Come with me." She took Juanma by the hand and pulled him with her. Alvaro took one more look at Zoe and then they went into the cafeteria. Alvaro had just got drinks for everyone when Juanma's cell phone beeped and Zoe sent a message asking him to come out to her with Alvaro and Mia. When they got to Zoe's, Zoe looked down.
Juanma sat down next to her and put his hand on her chin to turn her face to him. She looked as she had been crying a lot. His heart sank. Alvaro and Mia said nothing. Suddenly Zoe jumped up, wrapped her arms around Juanma's neck and said "I'm staying here !!"
Mia and Alvaro joined the embrace. Juanma was so shocked that he didn't understand anything at first. "But you cried." "Yes, because my mother said my father doesn't want to leave his company. But she persuaded him and if Ramiro keeps his word, then I can stay here and my parents won't move."

Juanma returned Zoe's hug and picked her up. He had turned so pale that Mia feared he would fall over. He sat down again. So much tension had built up in him that was suddenly gone. Mia sat on the other side of him and put her hand on his leg. "It's all good," she said reassuringly.
Juanma looked at her. She could see in his eyes how relieved he was. The whole time he didn't want to show much weakness in front of Zoe, he had tried for days to appear strong on the outside. He was too overwhelmed to say anything. He let go of Zoe briefly and took Mia in his arms. "Thank you," he said softly.

Then he let go of Mia and put his arm around Zoe. Alvaro had also exhaled with relief. At the sight of Zoe, he had been prepared for the worst. He put his hand briefly on Juanma's shoulder when Zoe fell around Mia's neck.
"When do your parents talk to Ramiro?" asked Alvaro. "My mother wanted to call him right after our conversation." answered Zoe. All four cell phones beeped at the same time. Alvaro was the fastest and said "a query for the camping trip my mother had planned. To both classes".
"There we are in, ok?" said Zoe and looked from one to the other. " That will be funny".
The others nodded hesitantly.
"It depends who comes with us," Mia said with a laugh. She strutted in front of the others and said, "Where are my pumps. Why is it so muddy here. I don't sleep in a tent ... who am I?"
"Lupe" shouted Zoe and Juanma as if from one mouth and Alvaro laughed.
