I'm sorting threw my babies things in the bags when my other baby wakes he looks up at me with his swollen sleepy eyes and smiles as I'm holding a tutu to my belly. He says come here. I drop the tutu immediately and walk to him. He says I love you as I lay down beside him. I say I love you too as I place my hand on his cheek he's smiling but looks nervous all the sudden he says what time is it ?I say 6pm. He says oh OK .. I look at him eye brows raised like what ? He says oh nothing I just didn't wanna miss something on TV I look at him like umm OK .. he smiles and says I gotta pee baby .. he's off to the bathroom. A few minutes later he's back at my side. . He says I ask Maria if we could have dinner in the movie room tonight .. I look at him like why. He says I wanna watch a movie and have dinner on a couch ,not sitting at the dinner table .. just us two. I smile. We sit in the floor going threw all the new stuff and Jay says what's this with a huge smile. I say that my love is a dress with shoes to match ..he says I like it .. I smile .. he says you can wear it on Saturday. I look at him confused face. It says well see the family and friends have been notified that they can not come back to this house till Saturday. . So dad is having a big party for them to visit .. I say wow that's awesome! Jay says I had to put my foot down . We are not to be bothered for at least the next 4 days . I need you to relax . I'm gonna make sure of it .. I kiss him a few times .. and Jay says I have a surprise for you .. he reaches for a bag . I thought it was something for his grandpa. He said he was getting him something. But Jay hands me the bag. He says look in it . I look in the bag I reach in a pull out a blanket. .. it s just like the one Jay bought me way back the one I take ever where and sleep with every single night. . It's the exact same kind but this one is baby sized .. it's light pink . I cry . Jay says I knew u would cry. U sap . But he's hugging me too. I say Jay I love it .. he says I knew u would and if our daughter is anything like u she will love it too. I shake my head yes . I hold the blanket to my belly . This is baby bliss! I've cleaned up our room and folded all of the clothes we got today and put the in the closet . I just didn't wanna leave them in bags ..two hours later Jay and I are on the love sacred with our blanket , and Maria is serving us toasted ravioli, cheese sticks three different dipping sauces and salad of course .. she says she has a special treat for later .. Jay gives her this look of disappointment. . She says don't ! Baby's need sugar. ..and then she went into full on Spanish I think she was cussing him out she was walking up the steps as she shook her finger and said stuff so fast. I don't speak Spanish . But wow I wish I did. I'd love to tell Jay off like this .. I laugh and Jay so hard . He says wow she hasn't went off on me in Spanish sense I was a lil kid .. what did I do to her .. I look at him. Jay everyone is getting annoyed with u cutting me off anything that's not 200% healthy. I have to be able to eat some bad stuff. U have to let me cheat .. he says OK. I'll stop . He leans up on his elbow and says I just want to be a good dad . . He looks sad . I say Jay ur gonna be an excellent dad . But ur driving me insane .. I'm so stressed out about u telling what my every meal can be and drowning me in water , do u really think I'd take the chance of hurting our daughter .. Jay looks sad as he says no , I know u are gonna be an excellent mother. And I know you want what's best for her too. But I just feel like I'm not really able to do anything at this point while u build our baby I'm just here .. ur body is working so hard. And I can't help. .. I look at him like omg. Here I've been so mad at him .. I kiss him. He's too amazing. He feeds me cheese Stix and smiles ..
