"Your hair looks so soft" I said quietly as I turned my head to Draco from where I sat beside him on the couch with a bottle clutched tightly in my hand as Adrian let out a laugh from the other side of me, a few hours having passed and along with that a few bottles of firewhisky having been drunk

"Touch it and you die" he said quietly as he took a drink from his own bottle with a smirk on his face as he threw a glance my way and I reached my hand forward and touched his hair gently with a grin

"So soft" I said quietly with a happy laugh as he turned to me and I twiddled with a lock of hair

"Do you want me to hex you?"

"What conditioner do you use? Can I borrow it?"

"You don't need conditioner, your hair is fine as it is"

"I'm sorry... are you complimenting me? Again?" I asked amused as the lightest red colour rose to his cheeks and I stopped myself from laughing as I smiled at him

"I- uh- no? Maybe? No, I don't- no- I'm not-"

"Well thank you anyway"

"I- it's no- is that your mother?" Turning away from him I looked at the entrance of the common room, finding both her and Nathan standing there while Snape disappeared again, a strange look on his face as if he was trying not to smile as the common room fell quiet

"Amelia?"

"I told her not to Amelia but she didn't listen!"

"Shut up Nathan! Amelia?!" Nadia shouted as Adrian took the cigarette from his pocket, the two of us swapping amused looks

"Amelia!"

"What?" I snapped harshly as her eyes fell on me and I took another drink from the bottle as she moved over and I shot her a look as she paused at the couch next to us

"What's this all about?"

"Oh this? This is the little party people I like put together so we could celebrate the fact that I'm a terrible daughter"

"You're not a-"

"Lies!" I shouted as I drowned her out as laughter sounded around the room and I glanced past her and to Nathan, my lip curling ever so slightly

"And I thought you had standards"

"Amelia can you please stop drinking?"

"Fuck off! I can do whatever the fuck I want!" I said to Nadia with a hollow laugh as I turned to Adrian who had just started to raise the lit cigarette to his lips as I held my hand out and he stared at me

"Don't be a dick and babysit come on just pass it over here" I said to him with raised eyebrows as he shrugged and passed it as I raised it, meeting her eyes as I took a drag on it before getting up and walking over to her as I stood opposite her and I let out the breath I was holding, the smoke wafting around her as she let out a cough and I started laughing with everyone else

"Dirty little freak" I murmured as I brought it back to my lips with a smirk as Nathan came over and grabbed her arm, walking away with her as he gave me a look while I waved to the two as they disappeared and the common room fell silent as I turned around

"What're you all sitting around for?! Let's do some shots!" I shouted, grinning as the room erupted in cheers and I went to take another drag from it as it was snatched from my hand, it getting swapped for an inhaler as I nodded laughing

"I think that's a better idea"

"Yeah I agree, thank you"
