"Amelia!" Letting out a cry I ducked the spell that just missed my head as I ran outside into the snow, struggling to run with the wind in front of me as I looked behind me, Nott closing the doors of the school shut behind him as I turned and ran down the hill, catching my foot in something hidden in the snow I tumbled forward, rolling down the last stretch of the hill as I laid there for as second, the wind knocked out of me as I forced myself to my feet, scrambling and wobbling about as I tried to see through the stars clouding my vision and continued running. Stumbling forward every now and then until my vision cleared I turned around, my skin nippy from the freezing wind as I heard him shouting although his muffled words not making sense to me

"Impedimenta!" Screaming out I fell forward, face first into the snow as I lay there frozen for a couple of seconds, before feeling my skin tingle as the jinx wore off and I reached for my wand and started crawling towards it. My hand being grabbed my wand dropped as I was pulled up to my feet, me and Theodore face to face with each other as I held my breath, his eyes glaring into my own.

"You think I didn't know?"

"Theodore, please I wasn't-"

"How many times do I need to say it before it gets into that thick skull of yours?"

"We weren't doing-" cutting myself off I cried out as he dug his nails sharply into my wrists

"Weren't doing anything? So you just so happen to walk out of his room with his shirt on as well huh?" He asked quietly, motioning to the embroidered initials on the breast pocket as I was turned around with my back pressed against him, his arm wrapping around my neck as I instantly grabbed at it as I felt his grip start to tighten

"So tell me, did you fuck him when you were in there?"

"No, Theodore, no!"

"I bet you did, I could see it all over both of your faces" he mumbled disgusted, the wind blowing at us aggressively as we stumbled back a step or two, my skin sore from the freezing temperatures as he moved his other hand down, hooking his thumb into the waistband of my shorts as I started stomping on his feet trying to get him to move, his grip around my neck so tight now to the point I could feel the blood rushing to my face and my eyes started to burn

"So I can't even get a kiss off you but you'd happily go and have sex with Malfoy?"

"I-n-" not even able to form a sentence I scrunched my face up, gasping for any air I could, not feeling his hand slip completely under my waistband and rest at the top of my thigh as he pulled at the band of my underwear and I felt my eyes fill with tears and I started kicking as many times and as much as I could, getting a huff of annoyance as he stepped out of my reach

"Stop making such a fuss Amelia" he called loudly as I felt my eyes burn as they were hit with the wind, my throat feeling swollen as my body slumped downwards with my eyes rolling backwards.

Opening my eyes and my mouth filling with water I was lifted up, coughing and spluttering as I gasped for air as I was let go of and I collapsed down onto the rocks next to the lake. Getting rolled over I held my hand at my throat as Nott sat above me, leaning forward while grabbing my wrists as I was forced to look at him while biting back my tears

"You're making this difficult for both of us Amelia. Why can't you just listen to me-?"

"Why did you have to change?" I asked, biting back my sob as my body started violently shaking and tears rolled down my face as he stared at me silently, his grip momentarily tightening before he let go of me and he got up

"Fucking Merry Christmas, Black" he spat, flicking his wand at me as he walked, a scream escaping me as I laid on the ground sobbing, feeling my skin on my back burn as I let out another scream of pain, my heart aching.
