|Chapter 64 : Cutting Off|

"Why do I trust you to apparate me places?"

"I could've squashed you if you really wanted me to-"

"I probably wouldn't have of felt a thing if you did anyway-"

"I'm not that light-"

"I meant that I've already got enough pain to deal with"

"Oh" Charlie mumbled just as quietly after we had pushed ourselves up and brushed dirt off of our bottoms before we started walking to the back door that led to the kitchen

"Are you good?"

"Yeah, I'm good"

"You're sharing a room with Ginny"

"Oh thank god"

"You could've been with the twins"

"Or with you"

   

"Or Bill. But mum said Ginny wanted you to share her room"

   

"Really?"

"She won't shut up about you. It's like you're her new fascination" he told me with a laugh while holding the door open for me, instantly greeted by a loud surge of noise as the twins ran past us, laughing loudly as Ron chased after them, red with fury as I sighed slightly, a small smile growing nevertheless as I followed him upstairs, watching him kick a door open as I stared at him

"She could've been changing"

"So? I don't even think she's in here-"

"I'm not. Alright Lia?" Turning around I smiled at Ginny as she stood with a grin, standing on Charlie's toes as she passed while I followed her in, the curtains wide open, allowing light to flood in as my bag was taken from me and chucked across the room while the door was shut on Charlie and I sat my wand down on her bedside table while he apparated in

"How lazy are you?"

"Very-"

"Apparently"

"I shouldn't have of even asked"

"No I know. Why did you?"

"I was kind of hoping that I would get an answer but he's kinda just staring between us" I murmured to Ginny as we glanced at each other before looking back to him as he stared between us, taking long and slow blinks

"This is dangerous"

"You're dangerous"

"He's a hazard to himself"

"Well I knew that-"

"But what's dangerous-?"

"This!" He cut over us loudly as the two of us started laughing and I grinned at him

"I don't want to hear the conversations you two will have"

"The majority of it will just be us bitching to be honest"

"That sounds about right"

"It does actually"

"Is Holly coming tomorrow with Oscar?"

"No-"

"Thankfully"

"The day after. Hermione's coming tomorrow"

"Even I knew that" I told Charlie as he stared at me, a slightly unimpressed look before he started laughing

"Anyway, I suppose Kingsley will be owling you. As well as Nathan and Adam and Alasdair and-"

"Who?"

"Nathan and Adam-"

"I know who they are, considering they're real people. But... who's Alasdair?"

"The one that acts like a child"

".... oh! You mean the whole of my family-"

"Oh my god Amelia-" getting cut off by Ginny's laughter I grinned at the two as the door opened and the twins appeared with grins

"You mean Ali-"

"You know who I meant"

"I'm not sure I did-"

"Are we invisible?"

"I wish-"

"Me too"

"We're lovely people-"

"That's rude-"

"I'm hurt-"

"And so am I-"

"You've hurt our feelings-"

"You two don't have feelings"

"But.... we're not Slytherin's...."

"Fair" I shrugged with a laugh after a slight pause as they swapped looks between themselves

"Anyway. We thought we heard you arrive"

"I've been cut off-"

"Oops-"

"Too late-"

"Amelia, I'm still needing to-"

"Whoops-"

"Bye Charlie!"

"Farewell Charles-"

"Missing you already" George called as he was pushed out of the door before having it kicked shut on him as a grin crossed my face.
