|Chapter 24 : Genuine Questions|

"You still haven't been sleeping-"

"I have been sleeping-"

"Please Amelia, I believe that just as much as you would believe me if I told you I was a woman-"

"I knew it! I told Pansy but she wouldn't listen!" I exclaimed loudly as he let out a groan of frustration and I took my opportunity, looking at him with a grin

"Oh my bloody god-"

"So Blaise tell me- do you have ovaries? Do you get your period? Can you carry a child?"

"Lia!"

"What? I'm only asking genuine questions" I shrugged, smirking as he rolled his eyes as he shook his head and I let out another laugh, leaning forward to bring my parchment towards me

"I'm never going to let you forget that you said that"

"Of course you're not, but-"

"I should go and tell Pansy and Daphne-"

"Amelia-"

"Blaise you're distracting me-"

"Give me that" he said loudly as he snatched the parchment from me and I whipped my head up to look at him as I lunged for it and got pushed back

"Go to your dorm and fucking sleep"

"No"

"Yes"

"I don't want to-"

"But you need to"

"I need to finish my-"

"Do it later-"

"But I w-"

"Amelia! Go to sleep for fucks sake!" Blaise said to me loudly, nearly shouting as I sat there, staring at him before getting to my feet and storming down to my dorm as I slammed the door behind me and Pansy looked to me

"What's happened?"

"Blaise is thinking he's doing good but he's just getting on my fucking nerves and I have so much work to do and not enough time to do it and he's not letting me do it and now I'm panicking because the majority of it has to get sent off tomorrow and I don't know what to do because he has all of my work and I need to get it done and if I don't: I'm going to fall behind even more and fail my next Transfiguration test and now I'm rambling" I ranted as I wiped at my eyes and she got up as I was wrapped into a hug, my hands shaking as my eyes started to prick with tears

"He just thinks that he's doing right for you. But you do need to sleep. And eat. I can go and get your-" getting cut off by the door banging open forcefully I took a step back and turned around as I watched Blaise storm in and make his way over to my desk as he slammed my stack of books and parchment down loudly making the two of us jump as he stared dead at me

"If you're going to keep complaining when I try and help then don't fucking expect me to do it again! Don't look for my help when you need it because I won't fucking be there! I'm sorry that I was trying make sure that you were okay and healthy but at least I know not to make the same mistake and do it again!" He shouted before leaving again as he slammed the door shut behind him and Pansy moved past me as she followed him and I stood in the silent dorm, a strange and empty feeling sweeping over me as I tried to bite at the inside of my trembling lip
