32. Scared to Death

I had the most beautiful vision in the morning. Ville was still sleeping, facing me. I enjoyed the moment to analyze his features. I didn't know if it was the effect of being in love, but to me he was perfect.

Then a dark thought crossed my mind. I knew I had to call my mom today. I glanced at the clock in my nightstand, it was eight in the morning, still too early in Brazil, so I let it pass for the moment. I didn't want to wake him, but I had the immense urge to kiss him, to caress his face. I got up slowly and gladly he didn't wake up.

I went to take a quick shower, I was a mess from last night. During the shower, I heard a tud.

"I can't believe you're showering without me." Ville was standing by the door, still sleepy, rubbing his eyes. "Why didn't you wake me up? I hate to see the empty bed."

"Oh, I wanted you to rest. You probably have a long day ahead."

He decided to join me in the shower. He gave me a kiss on my lips and in my cheek. "Good morning, gorgeous. Don't forget you are coming to studio to work as well."

"Yeah, right. When do we leave?"

"We can go within two hours. Today it's the last day of rehearsal. Tomorrow we will just rest. But I have to go back home and change my clothes." He picked up the soap from my hands. "Let me."

As he soaped me, I was watching his reaction, he was surely enjoying it. "Kulta, last night was amazing." He kissed me and I felt his stiffness. "I'm sorry but I can't control it." He chuckled. "Let me hurry up, otherwise I won't be able to let you out of this bathroom."

We quickly finished the shower, but let's say we had some difficulties. He touched me, I touched him, one thing led to another, but we managed to get out. We dressed and went downstairs, Leena was making breakfast.

"Morning, Leena." I said and she smiled widely to us.

"Oh, morning to you two! Sit down, I'm making coffee and other stuff for us."

"Let me help you. Do you want coffee, Ville?"

"Please. A lot of. Leena, will you join us today, in the rehearsal? I think Mige will appreciate it." Ville had a smile on his lips and I saw Leena blushing.

"Oh, he didn't say anything, but sure, I can go."

"Today Eve's gonna work as well." Ville sipped his coffee. Leena looked puzzled at me. "Burton can't make it today?"

We laughed. "No, I wish. She will take some pictures today."

"Oh, really? I saw some of her photos, she's great indeed."

"Thank you Leena, but it's just a test. Let's see what can I do."

We ate some bread and jams, I made some eggs as well. Ville didn't want it, but he said he didn't eat much in the morning. I couldn't not worry if he was really like that or if he had trouble eating. I trusted him of course, but I still worried about his health.

"Kulta, tomorrow I have a free day, as I said it. We can try to do something around the city. Pack your things and sleep at home today so we save some time."

"Hum, alright. I have my bag from yesterday ready. I just have to pick up my camera, batteries and all."

"Sure. Excuse me ladies, I have to use the toilet. Be right back." I looked at Leena and she had a smile that I was trying to figure it out what it was.

"What, Leena?"

"I'm happy you guys are okay."

"Yes, I'm going to travel with him."
