Leann hesitantly opened her phone to a message from an unknown source. She did not want to read it for fear of what it would say but she needed to know.
To: Leann
At 5 AM someone, you know and love will be found on the side of the road with their throat slashed. You nor the police can stop it. I will leave you with this thought alone: What goes around comes around.
Leann began to sob as she felt her life quickly spinning out of control. What really bothered her aside from the obvious was the fact that since the nightmare began she could not recall what she had been in the hospital for. She knew there had been some type of accident but could not recall any details. She could not think about that now though, she had to figure out who the message was referring to.
As Leann sat at her desk watching the clock she knew there were too many people that she cared about deeply to figure out who the victim might be. At 4 AM Leann jumped out of the chair she had fallen asleep in. She began to panic as she noticed a note on her desk written in big bold letters.
HOW CAN YOU SLEEP WHEN SOMEONE YOU LOVE IS ABOUT TO DIE?
