The second killing or should I say killings occurred on February 6th, 2018. This time police were beginning to see that they could potentially have a serial killer on their hands. There were two victims found on a river bank in a town in Oregon. They were tied together and once again the number six candles were found in their hands clutched tightly.
Whoever was doing this was leaving no trace of evidence behind. The country was beginning to get nervous as people were reading about it on the internet and wondering where he would strike next. I was watching over my shoulder every time I went out and something about this particular killer was really scaring me. As the killings escalated I began to become obsessed with who this killer was.
