"We're here, Agent Ward and Y/L/N" The driver informed the two of you.
"Thank you, Lionel. We'll be able to take this from here" You climbs out of the car and so did Ward.
"I'll be back at 11pm sharp. Are you sure you wish to stay late into the night ?" He enquired as you nod with a small smile.
"We'll call you if anything goes wrong or if the picking up arrangements changes" Ward informs the man, silencing his cell phone.
The car drives away, this makes you and Grant turn to one another.
"You ready for this, Agent Y/L/N ?" Grant held out his arm for you to take.
"Ready as I'll ever be Ward" You took his offered arm.
"Hail Hydra" Grant Ward bent down and whispers in your ear.
"Hail Hydra, sir" You repeat back to him, unaware that your eyes were golden.
"Your eyes" Ward took off his sunglasses skillfully, handing them to you.
Putting them on, you turned to him with an apologetic smile.
"I'm sorry, Grant. It's tricky to keep some element of my power under my control" You apologised to him.
"Don't apologise to me. It's not your fault and it is a really messed up female habit in my opinion" He assured you.
"Ah, you must be, Agent Ward" The male on the gate notices.
"That is me, kind sir, this is my wife Y/N" Ward wraps his arm around your waist.
"Pleasure to meet you, Agents Ward, I'm sure you will feel perfectly at home with your new team" The man allows the two of you in.
"A new team ?" You seemed confused by what the man was staying.
"Did Ward not tell you that ? You'll work alongside our most powerful teams" The man cocked his head to one side.
"Of course - my husband did ... it slipped my mind" You smiled as Grant is slightly squeezing your waist.
"No worries, Mame. We can all be a little forgetful sometimes" The man chuckled.
You smiled at him grateful as you enters the facility with Ward.
"Watch what you say next time ?" Wards warning sent shivers up your spine.
"I will next time, meet here at 10:55" You suggest as he nods.
"See you then baby" Grant kissed you on the cheek, knowing that their guard was suspicious of the two of you.
"See you tonight" You blushed as Grants walking away from you.
