What type of bullying did you experience (cyber bullying,teasing name calling etc)?
Cyber bullying, name calling and teasing I get called four eyes, ugly, nerd and even been told to go and f*** this person and worse.
How old were you when the bullying started?
7 or 8. I got called a snail. I brushed it off as I had a best friend which has moved.
Who bullied you?
Classmates and friends and even other years
What would the bullied say or do to you?
They called me names like snail, ugly, nerd, stupid, sex bomb ect
How did you feel while you were being bullied?
Worthless, stupid basically everything the bullies said I am.
How did you feel after being bullied?
Still am unfortunately. But I have now got a friend who sticks by my side 💗
Did anything help to cope with that feeling?
I wrote my feelings down, cried myself to sleep and tried to break my bones.
Have you ever self harmed and/or fallen into a state of depression as a result of being bullied?
Yes both. I've never cut but I tried to break my bones and I feel depressed 24/7
Have you ever contemplated suicife as a result of being bullied?
Yes but I don't have the courage luckily.
Have you told anyone you know that you were bullied?
Yes, my teacher and some of the bullies stopped but others carried on.
Why/why not?
I had enough and my friend saw I had been crying and made me go to my teacher.
How long were you bullied?
I'm in year 8 now so it's been going on around 6 years now.
Are you still being bullied?
Yes and it's hell.
QUESTION: Should I tell my teacher again?
How do I get my confidence and self esteem back?
ADVICE: Don't cut or commit suicide! Think about how your family and friends would feel 💗
