I started getting bullied at age 11 and it carried on. I kept it to myself from the age 11 to the age 13. In all that time i developed mental issues and in 2 years went up 2 dress sizes due to stress. It's no way for anyone to grow up, and now I suffer so badly with my confidence and trust. A lot of the bullying i had was from the cyber world, one time I remember I got invited to a group chat on Kik by who I thought were my friends and I got abuse hurled at me.It's given me the most horrible temper as well, all these little incidents add up to create the massive problems and I often wonder if the bullies themselves realize what they're doing. Bullying leads to other harmful things and we need to stop it before it gets too late.

QUESTION: What am I supposed to do if I feel physically, mentally, and emotionally drained all the time? How am I supposed to cope with that feeling?

ADVICE: My advise to you is that when you are getting bullied, don't fight back. I'm not saying that if someone hit you not to defend yourself, i'm saying like, what people say about you. Don't let it get to you. Bullies want attention and fighting back gives them that attention. If you fight back, you may get hurt or make the situation worse. If you are a bystander, go for help and provide more and emotional support to the person being bullied. Always leave people better than you found them. Hug the hurt. Kiss the broken. Befriend the lost. Love the lonely. Bless the ones that walked away and didn't help you. They are just making room for the people that will stay there for you and help you. Everybody is beautiful in their own way. You may not see it, but we do. Personally, I'll be here for anyone to help, because helping people makes me happy.
